Annual Congregational Meeting

Our annual business meeting is scheduled for Sunday, May 16, following second service. Lunch begins at 11:45 am, and the meeting will follow at 12:15 pm. Items on the agenda include: voting in new leadership, reports from ministerial staff and leadership, a financial update, voting on our 2009/2010 budget and an opportunity to vote on the recommended candidate to fill the full-time position of Pastor of Family Discipleship (Janice Van Arnam). This meeting is for members of the church, regular attenders and visitors. Remember, in order to cast your vote you must be an “official member” of the church. If you aren’t already a member, contact the church office to find out how you can join.

Special Lunch Plans: The Jr. and Sr. High students will be serving a spaghetti meal, as a fund-raiser. There will be a minimum donation of $3/person or $10/family. If you are a parent of a Jr. or Sr. High youth and would like to help, please contact Janice Van Arnam.
