Jeff HorcH

I joined the staff of Village Church in the summer of 2018. I previously served churches in Illinois and Iowa. Originally from Texas, I am a graduate of Howard Payne University and Dallas Theological Seminary. My ministry mission is to preach with passion and to lead with purpose for the glory of God. I love seeing people come to know the hope, grace and freedom that we can have through Jesus Christ. My beautiful wife Anne and I have four kids: Jack, Will, Emma and Luke. As a family, we love spending time together playing games, exploring Minnesota, and having family adventures.

Jeff Morgan

I am blessed to join the staff here in October of 2025. Over the years I have been privileged to serve in an outreach music ministry, as a youth pastor, college and career pastor, associate, executive, and worship technologies pastor. I received my master’s in theology at Bethel Seminary, doing my undergrad work at the University of Minnesota. My focus and goal have been the equipping of saints (Eph4:11-13). My joy is seeing people realize their God-given gifts in His service. Have been married to my wonderful wife Cheryl since 1984, we have six children, four more through marriage, and eleven beautiful grandchildren.

Jon Finke

I started working at Village at the beginning of the 2023 school year. I have been involved in youth ministry since 2014 in a variety of different roles and locations. I grew up in a small town in central Minnesota, so the small town feel and bitter cold days are quite familiar to me! I am a graduate of Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Biblical Studies. I have been married to my wife, Erin, since 2016. Together we have two children, Josiah and Laura. Watching football, playing video games, and camping are just a few of the things I love to do!

I began working at Village in September of 2025! I have been involved in Children’s and Youth Ministries in various roles and locations since 2014. These roles range from nursery volunteer, to Youth Ministry Intern, and Director of Children’s Ministries. As well as my favorite role: Youth Pastor’s Wife, I graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City Iowa in 2015 with a degree in Christian Education/Youth Ministry, and graduated from the University of Northwestern St. Paul with my Masters in Human services in 2017. My heart is to see families thrive and seek and serve the Lord together for His glory!

I joined the staff as Office Manager in 2021 after serving as financial secretary for nine years. My husband Bryan and I have been at Village since 2004 and are the parents of two beautiful adult daughters. I enjoy living out my faith by serving the church.
