Every time my son Edward sees Christmas lights outside, he points and exclaims, “Christmas!” It is very cute, genuine wonder and enthusiasm that gets right to the point! Everything he sees in association with that word brings him right back to it. When I think about it, I want that to be my heart of worship for Jesus. May every song we sing this Christmas — even secular songs — point our hearts back to the worship of the Savior who came. I look forward to singing to the God of Christmas with you, at church!
